A Gratitude NeuroArt Altar: Celebrating Body, Mind & Spirit

Live Online Sessions: July 7, 14, 21
9:00 AM Pacific Time
Each session: ~90 minutes / Recordings available

Summer offers a natural invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters.

In this summer NeuroArt course, we will explore gratitude, personal symbolism, and self-expression through three connected art projects inspired by the body, mind, and spirit.

Using NeuroArt practices, color, mixed media, and simple artistic techniques, you will create a personal visual altar — a collection of artworks celebrating the qualities, experiences, and aspects of yourself you appreciate.

Each session introduces new materials, guided visual structures, and creative approaches while leaving space for your own interpretation and artistic choices.

This is a lighter summer experience focused on exploration, gratitude, and enjoying the process of making art rather than intensive personal transformation.

No artistic experience is required.

Summer Early Bird: $47 until June 30

Course Structure

Part 1: Body Altar — Gratitude for Presence

Explore gratitude for the physical self, nature, and sensory experience.

Using organic forms, leaf printing, or monotype techniques, we create a foundation inspired by natural patterns, texture, and connection with the body.

Part 2: Mind & Emotions Altar — Gratitude for Expression

Explore gratitude for imagination, memories, thoughts, and emotions.

Through watercolor flow, ink, and colored pencil techniques, we work with movement, color, and the unexpected flow of creative expression.

Part 3: Spirit Altar — Gratitude for Connection

Explore gratitude for meaning, values, beauty, and inner harmony.

Using mandala-inspired structures and colored pencil layering, we create a space for light, balance, and personal symbolism.
