The universe has a structure; chaos is an unknown structure of the world. Based on observations of the natural world, ancient Chinese people recognized continuous patterns of transformation and change in the universe.

The 5 Elements theory evolved from the study of various processes, functions, and phenomena of nature. The theory asserts substances can be divided into one of five basic elements: wood, fire, water, metal and earth, which contain their own specific characteristics and properties.

The 5 Elements theory allows us to accurately predict changes in life process: health, relationships, business.

In addition, it’s possible to get a description of any system, its qualities, nature of internal stress and behavior in interactions.

The human being is one of such systems with all the attributes of his life. The 5 Elements theory can be applied to determine health risk factors, emotional preferences and properties of the mind, the nature of age-related changes and communication patterns.
