Drawing the Heart Chakra Mandala
According to Hindu Yogic and Tantric traditions, the Heart Chakra is the fourth primary chakra. It’s our center of love for oneself and others, compassion, empathy, gratitude and forgiveness. In Sanskrit Anahata means "sound produced without touching two parts.”
The fourth chakra is at the center of the seven chakras. This is the area where physical and spiritual meet and connect.
When the Heart Chakra is balanced, we will feel surrounded by love and joy and connected to the world around you. An open Anahata Chakra allows us to see the beauty around us and to connect to ourselves, our loved ones, and Nature.
