Many people ask me how to become a NeuroGraphica instructor or what it really means to teach this powerful art-psychology method. Some fall in love with NeuroGraphica instantly and want to share it with others, while others are drawn to the personal transformation it offers.
But teaching NeuroGraphica goes far beyond relaxing drawing, as you may have seen in my free classes. It’s a deep, structured process rooted in psychology and personal growth.
Why Do People Want to Teach NeuroGraphica?
I’ve noticed that students who are passionate and quick to embrace NeuroGraphica often dream of teaching it someday. But true understanding and passion grow over time, as they experience the technique’s deeper effects. Teaching NeuroGraphica requires time, dedication, and deep respect for the method’s psychological and creative depth.
For me personally, I first came to NeuroGraphica seeking support in my own life. After experiencing its benefits, I explored teaching it to combine my background as an art instructor with this new, transformative approach. Although I also have coaching qualifications, I primarily focus on teaching because that’s where I feel most comfortable and effective.
Alina is teaching one of her first Neurographica classes.
The Official Path: Neurographica Levels 1, 2, and 3
The journey to becoming a certified NeuroGraphica instructor has clear steps:
-
Level 1: Basic User Course
This is the foundation for all other courses and the first step on your path to teaching NeuroGraphica. It’s an approximately 8-hour journey covering essential principles and techniques, including the famous Algorithm for Removing Limitations — the heart of NeuroGraphica’s transformative power. You receive a Certificate of Completion for personal use. It confirms your understanding and helps you decide if you want to go deeper. Level 1 is offered by all certified instructors, including myself.
-
Level 2: Specialist Training
This course is a valuable addition for coaches, art therapists, and psychologists who already have a practice and would like to include NeuroGraphica as a support tool. It’s more of a coaching-focused program, introducing a few advanced techniques that can be used with clients. From my experience, while the Specialist course offers helpful insights, it may not fully prepare you to teach NeuroGraphica independently. It allows you to teach only three specific techniques, while others are reserved for one-on-one client work. This program is only offered by instructors who have completed specialized training. (Please note: I do not offer the Specialist Program at this time.)
-
Level 3: NeuroGraphica Instructor Training
Offered exclusively by the Institute of NeuroGraphica and the Psychology of Creativity, this is the official certification path to becoming an instructor. It’s an in-depth, year-long program that includes weekly classes, drawing assignments, teaching practice, and a final diploma. It’s a significant commitment — and a significant investment — but it fully prepares you to teach with confidence.
📌 I’ll share more about each level in upcoming blog posts — stay tuned!
Why My Basic User Course Is Special
My Basic User Course follows the required standard curriculum, including core techniques such as the three variations of the Algorithm for Removing Limitations and the Algorithm for Revealing Intentions. However, I add my own touch by incorporating bonus techniques, samples from advanced courses, and a warm, encouraging teaching style.
If you're considering teaching NeuroGraphica, this course gives you a glimpse into what the more advanced levels involve. And if you’re simply looking to deepen your personal journey, these powerful tools will support you every step of the way.
While I am also certified as a coach, I rarely mix coaching into my classes. I believe students benefit more when they learn to use NeuroGraphica for themselves, rather than depending too much on the teacher or coach. With my engineering background and years of experience in art and coaching, I bring clarity, structure, and empathy to my teaching.
Many students have told me this course helped them find peace of mind, tap into new creativity, and even inspired some to pursue instructor training themselves.

In spring of 2022 I started with the Basic Users Course with you. So I can say, everything you write here clearly and concisely is very recognizable Alina.
However, you have emphasized one very important point less and that is your personal guidance with every assignment submitted by your students (as far as I know you are the only one who does this). In my experience, your valuable comments about our work are always extremely educational, which is why I still often listen to your comments on the work of others.
As said, very educational and often also a refresher of what we have actually already learned. Furthermore Alina, you do put a lot of effort into helping your students; for example:
English is not my first language. Although I understand a lot and can express myself in English, I am not very fluent in it and still miss crucial information during classes and recordings.
Therefore because of these translation-options with subtitles, you always make sure that I have access to this YouTube version of your recordings. That's why I can complete my modules one of these days.
So also via this way, thank you very much for that Alina and your unwavering support.
Warm regards.

Thank you so much, Vikky, for your beautiful comment. It truly touched me. 💛
Your dedication, not just in Neurographica courses but also in our Facebook group, has always stood out to me. I really appreciate your presence and thoughts in our communication.
You're right, individual feedback has always been a key part of how I teach. I'm so glad to hear that my comments have been helpful and that you’ve even continued to listen to feedback on others’ work.
Thank you also for your kind words about the extra support I try to provide, especially with translations and video recordings. I know it’s not always easy when English isn’t your first language, and I really admire your persistence and openness.
I had big plans to enhance the program this past February with updated videos, handouts, and better tools, including translations. But due to an unexpected and stressful family situation, I wasn’t able to edit the video classes as planned. Still, I’m hopeful that these improvements will be implemented soon.
Thank you again for being such an active, thoughtful part of our community.
With warmest regards,
Alina.
Your intentions, your commitment are so great Alina,
also your openness to detect and see these of others.
Thanks again
