A structured Neuro drawing approach to working with stress, digital overwhelm, and scattered thinking
We live in a constant flow of information, decisions, and distractions. Over time, this creates mental noise that is difficult to process.
Structured Neuro drawing offers a simple, practical way to slow down thinking, organize attention, and regain a sense of clarity.
There are different ways to work with this approach, depending on how much structure and depth you’re looking for.
Some people prefer a simple and flexible way to use drawing for:
clearing the mind
focusing attention
working through everyday thoughts
These practices are accessible and can be used regularly, even in short sessions.

For a deeper and more guided process, I teach Neurographica.
Neurographica (also known as Neurographic Art) combines psychology and drawing into a structured method that helps you:
work through internal patterns
process challenges
create visible, tangible change
This is the official beginner-level approach, based on the curriculum developed by Dr Pavel Piskarev.
👉 You can begin the Basic User Course, where you’ll learn the foundations step by step.
You may also encounter this method under the name Neurographic Art.
Many people ask similar questions when they first hear about NeuroGraphica (or NeuroGraphic Art). I’ve gathered a few of them here to help you start exploring this powerful method of self-discovery through drawing.
NeuroGraphica® is a structured, trademarked method that combines psychology, art, and coaching principles to transform thinking and emotions through drawing. Neurographic Art is a broader creative expression inspired by this method. It is more intuitive and simplified, yet it also features neuro lines (or NeuroGraphic lines) and rounding the corners. You can read more about these two art forms in my blog post: NeuroGraphica vs. Neurographic Art: What’s the Difference?
Yes — certification requires completing specific courses with officially licensed instructors. I teach the Basic User course, which is Level 1 and the first step toward certification. After that, students who wish to teach can continue their studies through the official certification programs. You can read about the certification path in my blog post: So You Want to Teach NeuroGraphica? Start Here
Neurographic Art Therapy and NeuroGraphica® are two different approaches that may look similar at first glance.
NeuroGraphica® is a structured, certified method which combines psychology, neuroscience, and art to help transform inner patterns through specific drawing techniques and instructions, called the Basic Algorithm.
Art therapy is a broader field where licensed therapists use creative tools for emotional support. Some art therapists may use neurographic-style drawing, but it’s not the same as practicing NeuroGraphica® unless they are certified.

A gentle and artistic way to bring clarity, balance, and self-discovery into your life.'
Hi, I’m Alina.
I’m a certified Neurographica instructor and artist. I work with structured drawing as a practical tool for clarity, focus, and navigating mental overload.
Over 600 students have worked with me, each bringing their own challenges, questions, and goals.
Some are looking for a structured system. Others need a simple way to think more clearly.
Both are valid starting points.
