There are moments in life when the ground beneath us shifts — and we’re no longer sure who we are or what comes next. For me, that moment came after investing a decade into painting, only to realize something had changed. I was no longer the same person, and the path ahead felt blurry. I had left a career in engineering and professional communication to follow my heart into art — and yet again, life asked me to begin anew.
That’s when NeuroGraphica found me.
At first, I came to it quietly, just looking for answers. I didn’t expect the drawings to help so much, but they did. I knew this was more than a technique. First, I wanted to go deeper; then, I wanted to share it with others who were also searching.
🎓 From Engineering to Art to Teaching NeuroGraphica
I grew up in a family of engineers — structure, logic, and technical skills were my world. Later, I worked in construction financing. While it may seem far from art, that background helps me understand those who think in systems and patterns. NeuroGraphica, surprisingly, speaks to both the intuitive and the analytical mind, and this balance is at the heart of how I teach.
What many don’t know is that before all this, I loved writing. Words and images were always my companions, even when I wasn’t "doing anything creative." It just took a while for those parts of me to become a profession.
Now, I teach as someone who has traveled through these shifts — who knows what it means to reinvent, to search, to grow. My students say they feel safe with me, supported and encouraged. I believe in structure, but I also believe in softness.
☕ Things You Might Not Know About Me
I love early morning walks, which I call “cappuccino walks." I walk fast, around 10 km, and get a cup of good coffee somewhere on the way.
My favorite time of day is dawn, when everything feels quiet and alive with possibility.
I recharge through long walks in nature, travel and time spent on my own.
My spiritual practice is personal, but deeply present in everything I do, including teaching.
I’ve been told my voice is calming (you can hear it in my free Meditative Art and Mindfulness videos.)
A blend of structure and creativity, from cappuccino to contemplation.
💛 How I Teach
My teaching style is gentle but clear. I guide with structure, yet leave space for self-discovery. There are no mistakes, only learning experiences. Even when feedback is needed, I offer it in a way that invites growth, not fear. I’ve taught icon and egg-tempera painting before NeuroGraphica, and what I’ve learned is this: when people feel supported, they blossom.
Whether you're more logical or more intuitive, there's room for you here. NeuroGraphica is a flexible tool, and I try to offer a balanced approach.
✨ If You’re Curious
If you're seeking clarity, growth, or just peace of mind, I invite you to explore further. You can watch a few of my free videos, see how I teach, or simply follow along and see if Neurographic techniques speak to you.
NeuroGraphica met me when I needed it most.
Maybe it’s showing up for you now, too.
Warmly,
Alina

Thank you for your guidance and support. Every blog you share helps me know you and your journey better and I am so grateful for your sharing and allowing us to know more of your story.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It truly means a lot to me. I'm grateful that my writing resonates with you and helps you feel more connected to my journey.
Starting this blog was definitely a good decision. It's become not just a place to share content, but also a space for me to reflect on what I'm doing and how I teach. I also hope it helps attract the right people, those who truly resonate with my teaching style and the deeper purpose behind Neurographica. Thank you again for being here!
Alina, I thank God for you in my life and for your tremendous gift of art via neurographica. Yet, more especially your gentle teaching style. It has changed my life to learn about and practice neurographica. When a problem needs to be solved the beauty of neurographica is "inside out practice", that's how I call it: drawing from the inside out instead of the outside in. I just finished the Neurovember! I am looking forward to completing the classes, thank you :)
Thank you so much, Erika, for these beautiful words. It means a lot to know that Neurographica and the gentle way I teach have supported you. I love how you describe it as an “inside-out practice”; this is such a profound away to express the essence of the method. Well done on completing Neurovember!
