Real experiences. Honest reflections. And the ripple effects of drawing with intention.
One of the most meaningful parts of teaching NeuroGraphica is hearing from students after the course — how the process surprised them, supported them, or showed up in their lives in unexpected ways.
Today, I’d love to share three reflections from students who generously allowed me to share their stories. Each came to the Basic User course for different reasons, and each found something unique in the lines they drew.
Whether you’re just discovering this method or have already started exploring it, I hope their words offer insight, encouragement, and maybe even a little inspiration.
Jennifer — From Curiosity to Clarity (via Dreams!)
Jennifer joined my Basic User course in February 2025. Before she enrolled, we exchanged a few thoughtful emails, and it quickly became clear that we shared a gentle, introspective approach to learning. Her reflections after the course were deeply personal — and quite magical.
“The idea of NeuroGraphica started flowing back into my life after a few years. I didn’t feel much the first time, but this time it was different — I resonated with Alina’s background and teaching style. During the course, I realized the effects didn’t come during the drawing, but after — I’d set an intention, and the resolution would appear that night in my dreams. That’s what kept me going.”
“Alina’s feedback is gentle and encouraging — very different from what I’m used to, but exactly what I needed. I even took the Basic Course with two friends, and we coordinated on Zoom. I’ve already recommended it to others. Just don’t expect it to feel any particular way — trust the process. It may surprise you while you sleep.”

Layah — Art, Community, and Deep Relaxation
Layah found me in the most serendipitous way — while searching YouTube for videos on neurodiversity in the spring of 2022. She has been following my art and supporting my projects ever since. She’s an artist and educator with decades of experience in creative community work. From the beginning, I felt an unspoken resonance between us through her vibrant and thoughtful NeuroArt, which often left me speechless and mesmerized.
“I found Alina’s videos while searching YouTube for content on neurodiversity. I’m a lifelong artist, and when I tried the exercise, I fell asleep mid-drawing — something I’ve never done. The depth of relaxation was profound.”
“NeuroGraphica reminds me of my years at the Creativity Center, where we traveled and taught as a group of artists. There’s a similar ripple effect here — community, depth, and transformation. Alina’s gentle and structured teaching style is a perfect fit. NeuroGraphica helps me gain insights, release tough emotions, and nurture myself with kindness. It’s luxurious self-care.”

Denise — Daily Practice, Deep Shifts
Denise’s dedication is truly inspiring. She joined our Facebook group in May 2023 and has followed many of my courses ever since. She’s one of those students who took what she learned and wove it into her daily life — and the results speak for themselves. I’ve witnessed her steady progress over the years. Her story reminds me just how powerful a regular creative practice can be.
“I discovered NeuroGraphica on YouTube while looking for inspirational art. I now draw almost every day — and I’ve done so for the past four years.”
“This method has helped me emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I've seen real improvements in my health, finances, and even found a new home. Alina’s teaching goes beyond expectations. Her video feedback is detailed and generous. NeuroGraphica changes the way we think by reshaping our neural pathways — it reduces anxiety, relieves stress, and creates beauty inside and out.”

Your Story Matters Too
If you’ve taken one of my courses — free or paid — and would like to share how NeuroGraphica has touched your life, I’d be honored to hear from you. This collection of stories began as a thank-you to students who joined a special recorded class I offered for under $100. What came back were these heartfelt reflections that moved me deeply.
I believe there are many more beautiful stories waiting to be told.
