Each session: around 90 minutes
A 3-session guided Neurographic drawing journey to steady attention, quiet the mind, and experience inner balance through simple geometric forms.
Most days are full of decisions, messages, and constant switching between tasks. Even when you pause, the mind often keeps moving. In this course, we step off that treadmill and let your hand guide the attention.
Whether you are new to Neurographic Art drawing or have experience exploring inner processes, this course provides a space to settle, connect with your rhythm, and create a sense of calm through movement and structure.
📌 Early Bird $57 until March 31:
Special Offer (regular price $79)
Gently shift from scattered attention to a steadier, centered focus
Follow a simple step-by-step process with your hands, rather than your mind
Create geometric mandalas that feel stable, balanced, and complete (supporting PDFs included)
Experience the quiet unfolding of structure, without pressure to interpret or “perform”
By the end of the course, you will be able to construct a complete geometric mandala, discovering your own rhythm and inner steadiness along the way.
We begin with clear geometric forms—circles, stars, and balanced structures—to provide a framework for attention and creativity.
Beginners: Follow the sequence and discover the calming effect of a guided process.
Experienced participants: Let the structure carry your focus, allowing space for insight, reflection, and inner growth without needing to make constant decisions.
Step by step, the patterns develop from simple shapes into a detailed mandala. Once the framework is in place, we gently introduce soft, flowing lines that integrate and complete the drawing.
This is a chance to explore precision and flow together—letting your hand and your attention work in harmony, creating both structure and peace.

We begin with a simple spiral structure. This drawing introduces rhythm and continuity, helping attention settle into a steady, repeatable movement.
We construct an 8-point geometric pattern based on the division of the circle. This stage brings clarity and balance to the page, creating a strong and stable visual foundation.
In the final session, we construct a balanced geometric structure based on evenly spaced points around the circle.
This is the most detailed drawing in the series, bringing together everything from the previous sessions: rhythm, symmetry, and precision.
As the structure develops, the pattern begins to feel stable and interconnected.
We then refine the drawing and introduce soft, flowing lines to integrate the composition into a complete mandala.
