Join me for three short, guided online sessions where you’ll discover Neurographica Art, a unique drawing style that helps you release tension, gain clarity, and connect with your creativity. No art experience needed—just a marker, paper, and an open mind.

Here’s what we’ll do together:

Session 1 – Learn the basics, including Neurographic lines and rounding corners to soften tension
Session 2 – Try a calming, hands-on exercise: transform a messy cathartic scribble into a peaceful drawing
Session 3 – Create a simple symbolic “Tree of Gratitude”, harvest your personal growth, and celebrate the season.

It’s more than drawing—it’s a way to feel better, think clearer, and enjoy a little creative magic through Neurographic Art.

Course Outline

Day 1: Calm Down & Connect

A gentle yet transformative 3-day online experience to help you release stress, find clarity, and reconnect with gratitude through the powerful method of NeuroGraphica®. Each day includes a short talk, a guided drawing session, and reflection time—all within 45–60 minutes.

Theme: Awareness & Gentle Release
Focus: Stress relief and reconnecting with yourself.
Objectives:
✔ Learn the basics of NeuroGraphica® (lines, circles, rounding).
✔ Experience how drawing can calm the mind and body.
✔ Set the tone for inner balance as the season changes.

Day 2: Making Peace with Stress

Theme: Overcoming Stressful Moments with Classical NeuroGraphica Drawing
Focus: Transform irritation, anger, and tension into acceptance and clarity.

Objectives:
✔ Learn the Algorithm for Removing Constraints (Express Method) to work through mental blocks.
✔ Transform stress and resistance into constructive, calming energy.
✔ Experience a sense of spaciousness and inner balance.
